Returns Policy

It is the intent of Dental Electronics to promote and deliver goods of high quality and reputation, and to meet the expectations of our customers.

30-Day Return

We will accept for return/exchange products discovered to be defective within 30-days from date of shipment. All returns must be submitted in writing within this specified time period. Goods offered for return/exchange after this time period will be considered VOID and of no consequence.

Standard among all software manufacturers is a non-returnable policy for any reason. Due to the nature of computer software products and unauthorized use or copying of said software, we strictly adhere to this policy unless absolute and prior exceptions are agreed upon and proof in writing is provided.

Products returned for refund within the 30-day time period must be repackaged in the original carton(s) and in 'same as' condition when received by Buyer. Any damaged good (i.e. scratches, dents, missing components, etc) will result in a reduction of the amount of refund/exchange, based upon "reasonable replacement cost(s)" as determined by Dental Electronics, Inc.

20 % Restocking Fee

All goods retuned for "refund" will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and will be deducted from the amount of refund or exchange. Shipping costs, installation, and training (software, camera, etc) are not refundable.

Return Merchandise Authorization

Dental Electronics must approve any and all returns by Buyer. Such returns will be issued a written RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) prior to return shipment. Returns received without an RMA will not be accepted. Damaged returned goods shall be the responsibility of the Buyer and/or carrier. No refund will be issued until final settlement of pending "claim", or verbal authorization by an authorized representative of the carrier (shipping company) is received.
