When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number and/or social security number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the latest encryption technology in the industry -- SSL. Secure servers are provided by our website host to protect all of your personal information, including your name, address, email and credit card information. It is generally considered safer than giving your information over the phone. We utilize off-internet processing, therefore, your information is not stored on a server subject to hackers or un-intentional loss. Whenever we transmit any credit card information, we use a standard in-store 'point-of-sale' machine with direct access to the major credit card processing companies. In order to further protect your personal information, we do not store your credit card number after the transaction has been completed.
